Pro: The hotel was nice n looks elegant with the decorations.... The room was spacious. The food was good with basic choices. The beach was clean. The front desk staff( guy in the middle desk) vr helpful and solve all the problems. The pool also nice... Cons: I came during merdeka Holiday, so there were so many guests checked in. I was waiting nearly 1 hour 30 minutes to get the key. The room not cleaned properly, there were sand everywhere inside the room, never prepared water bottles n the bathroom floor was soapy. I was travelling from Ipoh so was damn tired after 11 hours of travelling, n ignore everything n slept the first day.. the second day, I asked for housekeeping since 9am but the came around 7.30pm at night... The same story, so many guests check in n clean other rooms.. the management should arrange more housekeeping team during peak hours. So I'll give 0 for cleanliness. I'm really disappointed on this incident. We are coming for holiday for healing, but the cleanliness bothered me..

A peaceful place with a beautiful beach and friendly, welcoming staff. The price is reasonable and worth it for the facilities provided. However, some of the facilities could be improved or upgraded, especially the gym, to make it more attractive and comfortable for guests, as some of the equipment/facilities were not available for use. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beach, and friendly staff made our experience memorable. Definitely a place worth considering for a relaxing getaway, and we would be happy to come back again

Our 2 nights stay at Sand & Sandals Beach Resort was a bit of a mixed experience. While the garden views and room comfort were great. The breakfast buffet had limited options and ran out of food early. It is a beautiful property, but it needs better staff organization during peak hours.”

This is the 2nd time I stay in this resort after many years ago with good memories. But this time I was a bit disappointed with the stay. 1) checked in was slow and the room is not ready. It took about 30mins to queued. 2) Pay extra at Agoda to upgrade to garden view and the staff told me no more garden view rooms and arranged a pool view room for me. The staff said actually pool view room is more expensive than the garden view room. So, is Agoda let me pay extra for the cheaper room or the hotel staff gave me an excuse because the garden view room is fully occupied? 3) Room. The cleaning is not done and the bathroom shower lever handle is not in good condition. The leftover glass with cigarette butt at balcony. 4) Booked the room for 3 adults but it actually not ready for 3 adults and I have to pay RM16x for extra bed. 5) Pool close at 7pm is too early. Overall I still satisfied with the hotel beach and the friendly staff. But I think this is the last for the stay in this resort.

Last we stayed at SNS was in 2018 when our kids were smaller. We had a great time then. Our grown kids still enjoying SNS. But there is a lot of evidence of fair wear and tear. There is so much potential for the hotel due to its location. Its just need some love, refurbishment and renovation. There is evidence of understaff too. The breakfast was a tad expensive for such spread although delicious. We are rooting for you SNS. hopeful that the place can be spiced up, service improve, breakfast match the price. Everything will be a-okay we sure.
