It was holiday when we stay in here and sure it's pretty busy. The receptionist are very accomodating. The place is nice to sleep in the night if you are not staying most of the time in the hotel. Me and my partner was out all day and just stay in for sleeping time. The bed is pretty big for couples and the heater is warm (altho a bit noisy). Place is close to all the tourist spot so it wasn't so bad. WiFi is good too. However, I noticed that they dont give free water (some hotels they do for the first day or even your whole stay). Also, they didn't do housekeeping. In other hotels we've been to, they do housekeeping everyday. There are knocks next door for housekeeping but somehow left our room. We thought they will clean it once the room is empty. But no. So I called in on the next day before leaving the room for a tour but they only clean the bathroom. The bed wasn't tidied up. The trashcan was still full. Didnt refill the coffee/tea either. No cups available either. Luckily I found some cups downstairs in their breakfast room area. Idk if I can use them, but there were no sign and no cups in our room so I just get 3. We didn't eat inside anymore too to avoid getting the room smell. When I checked back in they told me to wait the next day. But we are checking out the next day. So I said it's okay and leave a thank you. I never put "DND" sign on the door but on the last night I did because I don't wanna be bothered by cleaning and want to sleep more before we drive for 5hrs back to our city. The window cannot be open which is fine. We just go out to breathe fresh air. The TV is simple tv too no way to access netflix or youtube. The language is all french too. There is language setting but it wasnt working. Still, we didnt mind since we don't stay there much and I know french is the language they use there. But if they have other tourist that dont speak french, updated TV with language setting is much appreciated.

Refurbished with no lift
Loved the king room, was spacious and clean. I believe the hotel was recently renovated. However one thing to note that is a two floor hotel with no lift hence if you have knee problem or any issues getting up then you might have to reconsider
