First time booking at Radisson, it was fairly inexpensive and the facilities were decent. I liked the pool and outdoor lounge area with arcade, pong table and lounge. Rooms were fairly clean but the not perfect there were some room for improvement for example there was hint of bleach smell from the towel. Also, better communication by the staff regarding house cleaning hours. I asked the staff the make up the room as i was heading out at 3:30pm regular stuff like bedsheets, comforter, garbage, etc but they said cleaning staff is gone and i should have asked earlier between 9am to 3pm so definitely keep it in mind. Anyways, was a positive experience and surely if I see good deal wouldn’t think twice before booking again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was very reasonable, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, and the hotel staff I interacted with outside of the front desk were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The only area that could use improvement is the front desk customer service. A little more training on guest communication would make a significant difference. For example, when I checked in, I was only told that my room was on the second floor. I wasn't given clear directions, so I ended up walking through multiple hallways trying to find my room. There was also some confusion regarding the breakfast cost. I was told it was $16, but it was actually $25. While this wasn't a major issue, providing accurate information helps guests avoid unnecessary confusion. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel. The accommodations, cleanliness, comfort, and value were excellent. My only suggestion is that the front desk staff receive additional training on greeting guests, providing clear directions, and communicating accurate information. With those small improvements, the guest experience would be even better.

This hotel offers many amenities for kids and families. Most staff were friendly. Check in and checkout process was seamless and quick. Our room's telephone was no working so we had to walk over to the front desk whenever we had an inquiry. We stayed for a single night and noticed a number of ants on the floor and in the washroom, and were surprised to find that there were ants on the bedding as well.

Booked this location for a 1 night stay, I liked the complimentary shuttle but it took a bit long for the pickup at the airport. Not so sure about the pool being smack in the middle of the hotel; I am glad I got a room in one of the adjoining hallways instead of the ones that face the pool though because it got pretty loud during certain times of the day. Otherwise decent experience - friendly staff, speedy check in/out, and the room was spacious and tidy. The price was reasonable, close to the airport, great if you have an early flight.

The hotel is nice however it was hard to find my room. The directions were not clear on the map they handed to us. It was just showing us to walk straight down. No where did anyone say we had to walk through any door to find the corridor that leads to our room. Bref, other than that the room was okay, the bed was comfortable . The bathroom is tiny. You have to pay 25$ for breakfast unless you picked a room that has it included. Overall, the location is great, not too far from downtown and other places.
