First time booking at Radisson, it was fairly inexpensive and the facilities were decent. I liked the pool and outdoor lounge area with arcade, pong table and lounge. Rooms were fairly clean but the not perfect there were some room for improvement for example there was hint of bleach smell from the towel. Also, better communication by the staff regarding house cleaning hours. I asked the staff the make up the room as i was heading out at 3:30pm regular stuff like bedsheets, comforter, garbage, etc but they said cleaning staff is gone and i should have asked earlier between 9am to 3pm so definitely keep it in mind. Anyways, was a positive experience and surely if I see good deal wouldn’t think twice before booking again.

This hotel offers many amenities for kids and families. Most staff were friendly. Check in and checkout process was seamless and quick. Our room's telephone was no working so we had to walk over to the front desk whenever we had an inquiry. We stayed for a single night and noticed a number of ants on the floor and in the washroom, and were surprised to find that there were ants on the bedding as well.

Booked this location for a 1 night stay, I liked the complimentary shuttle but it took a bit long for the pickup at the airport. Not so sure about the pool being smack in the middle of the hotel; I am glad I got a room in one of the adjoining hallways instead of the ones that face the pool though because it got pretty loud during certain times of the day. Otherwise decent experience - friendly staff, speedy check in/out, and the room was spacious and tidy. The price was reasonable, close to the airport, great if you have an early flight.

I was super-impressed with the room I was given. It was the first time (in North America, anyway) that I'd ever seen a hotel room with NO CARPETING anywhere; it was all beautiful tile flooring—which meant that it could literally be washed/sanitized every single day. The bathroom was also a pleasant surprise: tastefully designed, with a large walk-in shower behind a floor-to-ceiling clear-glass panel and door, and a long counter that allowed more than enough space for a whole mess of toiletries and cosmetics. There was a king-size bed in my room, and it was everything that could be expected when one thinks of the description 'hotel quality': clean, firm, comfortable; no sagging mattress, and plenty of pillows. It was a bit of a luxury to spend the night before my flight at a hotel (as opposed to paying cab fare to the airport on the day of), but I'll definitely be treating myself to this Radisson on the eve of my next trip, if only for the relaxing and calming effect it had on my state of mind, allowing me to enjoy a far more pleasant travel experience the following day. Just a note . . . The only oddity was the staff I encountered. They were not the smiling, solicitous service personnel you normally associate with hotel staff who work the front desk. While polite enough, they didn't offer any helpful information unless you coaxed it out of them, were very robotic in their duties ("Here, sign this."), and did not even go through the motions of offering the standard smile and 'Enjoy your stay' when they sent you off to your room with the key card.
