호텔 샤토-브로몽

We skied, we dined, we hung out on the terrace to watch the eclipse. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff at the front desk, in their restaurants, cleaning staff and shuttle driver were all remarkably friendly and helpful. We loved the ski hill and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nice rooms. Good service. Bar and Restaurant on site. These items make this property's value a little higher. But the photo and the name Chateau led us to think this was more of a luxury resort. It's a pretty nice hotel. The price may be a tad high for this property. But it's the closest thing you will get to full service is Bromont. It's the best location in town most likely. We enjoyed our stay.

Good room, great food, excellent service We needed a quiet little office to work, and the lady at the reception was super helpful!

Just minor on my concern I'm so sensitive skin i just don't like the towel like sandpaper so dry. And the shower no pressure so slow. Our room big space nice view. Walking distance to the water park and the ski area. It's my first time but nice.

Very disappointing experience, especially since we paid around *** for just one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room had a very unpleasant smell, which was noticeable enough that even the hotel staff acknowledged it. Unfortunately, there was no window we could open to ventilate the room. Another major disappointment was the view. When booking, the room was advertised as having a “courtyard view,” but our room actually faced the indoor pool area, which was not at all what we expected based on the description. We chose this hotel hoping to have a special and relaxing stay for our anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. For *** a night, we expected a comfortable room that matched what was advertised. Sadly, it did not feel worth the price.
