The facilities are pretty run down. Ants crawling on the floor and cabinets in the room. They even crawled into the food we brought. Air condition has missing vent flaps which caused cold air to blow directly on our face while sleeping. Had to switch room for the next night but it was not any better. Saving grace were the staff who were friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Xcape Resort in Taman Negara, Kuala Tahan, and had a fantastic experience! The resort is beautifully nestled in the heart of nature, offering a serene and picturesque environment. Basic facilities for comfortable sleep. Good price value. Obviously not fresh and partially worn out here and there.

alot of things to do there. only that there is no tV, but it doesnt matter. breakfast buffet is great! room is just nice to rest. abit old.
