Nice place.. Recommended..very worthwhile

Saya sangat suka menginap di sini. Kena tempah awal kerana selalu fullbooked.. Sarapan yang disediakan fresh dan sedap. Bilik bersih dan nyaman. Kamar mandi juga bersih ditambah pemanas air mandian yang boleh kontrol sesuai selera. Pendek kata memang puas hati lah.. Sewa bilik kira berpatutan lah kecuali hujung minggu atau masa cuti2.. 😊

Description of the room are same 20m2 /215ft...superior and standard room only Rm20 different, because of the description in Agoda a same so choice the wrong one. Space are small compared to superior and u need to walk a distance to go up to the hillside to use Yr dinner or breakfast. Superior room is in the same area with the restaurant. Parking for standard room also dangerous just park at road side. View and environment are not good compared with superior room. Mattress is too soft and just 1 pillow for each mattres, no extra pillow for children, not friendly for family traveller.

This was our second time here but first time stayed at the cabin. Great experience. But it was too cold at night and i think you should provide portable heater fan. Couldnt slept very well that night. Nice mount K view from outside of the cabin. The breakfast buffet also yummy. Overall, we enjoyed.

The location is nice, the aesthetic is ok but we were given something that we didnt booked. We booked the twin room (3 months earlier!!), the one with balcony, located on the main building. But upon arrival, the main desk staff mention that the room we booked is fully booked. They will ‘upgrade’ our room to a king bed room , which located on a different block down the hill (not the main building), away from the view that we’re looking for, were given the most end room with construction on the hallway. This another building comes with only 2 parking. The rest need to park by the roadside. We went back to the reception, wanting to change room ,as we dont feel safe down there but the staff still cannot give us any room. Instead we need to add another RM120 for a cabin that is closer to the main building. The cabin is ofcourse a lot colder & doesnt comes with a tv. At that price point, it is dissapointing. But we continue anyway since it is closer to the main building. On a second day, we only be given our actual room. So we have to change room again. The actual room that is cheaper, is actually better. Closer with all the ammenities, better view, lots of parking. Although we had a rough first day, the next day was better. Only that they can improve the booking management & front desk should be a bit warm managing customer. Otherwise: 1) food was great 2) the customer service (whatsapp) is very good catering to all my request even after 8pm. 3) location is great Plus p
