The hotel’s location is truly superb, just 20 meters from a beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone who wants easy access to the sea. The surroundings are quiet and safe, and guests even have the option to rent golf carts directly from the property, which adds convenience and a touch of fun to the stay. The staff were generally helpful. They allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout and even arranged for us to have a shower before leaving, which was a thoughtful gesture. That said, not all staff were equally welcoming, while some were very accommodating, one older gentleman seemed displeased about the shower arrangement. Breakfast was provided in a nearby restaurant. It was simple but adequate, consisting of a cup of coffee, toast or French toast, and orange juice. The rooms themselves were clean and serviced every two days, with fresh towels provided regularly. However, they are in need of an upgrade. The air‑conditioning unit was old, the fan made noise at certain speeds, and the bathroom facilities, including the toilet, shower, and sink felt outdated. Despite this, cleanliness was consistently maintained, which made the stay more comfortable. Amenities such as a security lock box, beach towels, hairdryer, and iron were available, but each required a deposit. On arrival, a $150 deposit was also taken, and it’s important to note that cash was not accepted, only Visa cards were allowed. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic location, a safe and quiet environment, and generally clean rooms. With room upgrades and more consistent service, this property could become a truly excellent choice.

Wondeful place in Isla Mujeres
the best thing considering this hotel is its location. It is right on the best beach in the island while other amenities are quite poor. It doesn't have a shower by the pool and even a WC is missing there. The rooms are clean but need some renovation. The view from Tower rooms were to the nice garden and the beach :)
