Out of our 3 nights stay the wellness facility were limited : the hamman was closed all the time , the sauna was not functioning one of the days and the outdoor pool was closed throughout. We should have been notified prior to arrival as one of the main reasons for choosing that hotel was the wellness facilities. The indoor pool is very small and feels crowded with 6 people in it . The rooms were comfortable and despite not liking the openness of the bathroom I guess some other guests might enjoy it . When the hotel moto is centered around wellness I find it surprising that it is not staying on top of its main features in the wellness Center. The cold breakfast was nice and varied but for the rest of the day restaurant options are unappealing ( the Mediterranean restaurant option was closed probably due to low season and the cafe only option for food was unappealing especially for evening dining.

Perfect for those needing to stay along side friends or family in the Hospital , I stayed with my mum as she had a big operation the next day and the facilities hell ease the nerves and the staff were very attentive

Had a great time at Longevity. Staff is wonderful, facilities are clean and well kept.

Positives: the room was nice and serviced daily and water replaced The breakfast was lovely Use of spa twice a day Gym on site Walking distance from town Comfy bed Robes and slippers in room Negatives: Not 5 * Found discarded used tissues under bed and used slippers - only noticed because I dropped some coins on floor Stains on carpets throughout hotel Pool - too small for hotels guests and area not cleaned. A customer left a water bottle there from their room and it was 3 days before it was removed. Some of the sunbeds were stained and broken and no cleaning around the pool was evident Rather pricey considering the standards Requested b/fast box two days b4 check out and it was not available Would not stay again as overpriced for what I experienced

We had a great three night stay here. Spa was very nice. Loved the Turkish hammam steam room. You had to book as it was restricted capacity but this actually was great once you were in because it was never too full. Remember your swim hat to avoid the €5 ones there! There were astrology and crystal classes there which I was thrilled about! The breakfast was both great and disappointing: the offerings were very good, esp the salmon and eggs Benedict. However the buffet was cramped into one small area which meant there were many people crowded into the space and it was hard to get what you needed. Also the servers/admin/taking room numbers/etc was poor. Replenishment of the trays was slow too; the coffee was nice and juices were not and finally the seating area was quite nice. The pool is smaller than you expect or rather, the sunbeds are minimal. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. We said no to cleaning after our first night, hung the door sign for cleaning after the second night but it didn’t happen and obviously none after the last night as we checked out so that was quite disappointing and I had to call front desk for towels on day two. Strangely, the water had been replaced but room not cleaned. There were very nice room details like the curtains attached at the wall to block little light sneaking in, very nice aromatherapy oil and three tea light candles in the room upon arrival, nice attention to detail. Would stay again!
