Latitude Suites Tinton Falls, part of Unscripted by Hyatt

This was our second time booking with this hotel—our first stay was absolutely amazing, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time there were several issues with our suite that took away from the experience. The water pressure was very poor, and both of the showerheads were partially broken. The lighting in the room was extremely dim, as if the bulbs needed replacing. I had also requested a quiet room, but we were placed in the very first room visible when turning the corner, and unfortunately, it was quite noisy. On top of that, our Wi-Fi was spotty and constantly cutting in and out, which made it difficult to even stream a show on Netflix. The picture quality was pixelated, and the frequent pauses made it hard to get through even a 30-minute episode. To make matters worse, our key cards kept deactivating—about half the time they wouldn’t work, and we had to go to the front desk multiple times just to regain access to our room.

Love this hotel, staff are amazing and it’s always clean.

Es un hotel rural, lejos de todo... mi pieza no cerraba la cerradura, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación. Mi estadía contemplaba desayuno habían muffins y te nada más. Bastante deficiente. Piscina cerrada. Las camas cómodas, para dormir de paso está bien. Motel de carretera.

The bedroom in our room only had one working outlet. The hallway reeked of marijuana. Breakfast was very scant, no hot food. Pool is out of service. The bathroom in the lobby had no toilet paper in the stall I used. I found the bed to be way too firm. It was convenient.

The staff was great, but my room a different story, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, the lock on the front door was broken, the lights were out when we got there had to call maintenance to hit the circuit breaker, and they didn't clean our room so we didn't have any clean rags and towels. Will not stay again
