Broken Bed
First night here my guest got an injury from one of the bedframes being held together with a piece of 2X4. Piece of metal was sticking out that got the ankle causing a little blood and a little bump. We both reported the incident to the persons whom did not provide any first aid assistance and only recommending us to place a pillow in front of the metal piece. The bathroom "door" was a sliding door that did not lock, the television remote did not work 75% of the time, we had to position it a certain angle at a certain distance to get the volume and channel to change. It felt like there was no security here, there were people parking in handicap spaces without a tag and a large SUV parked in front of the stairs where it there were markings for NO parking which makes sense NOT to be blocking the entrance in case of an emergency. People were smoking weed, drinking, hanging out in the parking lot, and near elevator causing us to use another way to get to the room. During the whole days we stayed here we could not use the pool due to groups of children yelling causing disturbance through out the day. Noise started @8am in the morning and it did not stop until late in the evening time. When I went to the lobby to check it out and get something to drink the two females were not very friendly they asked what I was doing there which I responded I was getting some coffee and asked if they provide breakfast. One girl said no breakfast only what is there for sale. Cups of cereal, small bottle of milk, candy bars, chips, and other soda drink. They could have greeted me as soon as I walked into the lobby and ask me how my stay was going and offer a free cup of coffee.

the top blanket was stained and there was no coffee pot. The overall place wasn't awful, but it was not clean.

Yes lady at register on April 29 th about noon was very rude. , and I will Never step foot and warn everyone else to do the same
