I made the reservation for a room not a Wagon. I am a 54-year-old woman. The temperature was freezing temperatures. It was a wagon; the heater didn't work. I went to the bathroom twice through the night, and the bathroom was 5 minutes away. The advertising for the room is misleading. I will have never get a wagon in March when is super cold, and on top of everything the wagon has mouse traps, and I am scared of mice. We got sick from the cold night and had to come back home sick and cut our vacation short. This was a horrible experience. The advertising is for a cabin room. Those are the pictures that you showed when I made the reservation. It is pretty sad for you to make money from the suffering of others. At the resort, I beg them to change the wagon for a cabin or anything, but they say that they were sold out. Let me know how you can change the advertise room! make sure is clear that people are getting a wagon! don't show pictures of rooms, cabins, and when they arrive you give them a wagon, no heater and with mice traps.

位置有点偏，离Zion 公园大概40多分钟车程，当时是晚上到的，路上完全没有任何灯光，一度以为走错了，进去后发现里面设施齐全，很多小木屋，卫生间集中在一起，早上起来后觉得环境很好，各种娱乐设施。

we booked the glamping tents and there were mice in the tents under the beds. definitely not recommended for someone afraid of the wilderness.

The place was great to stay at.

We rented the glamping tents. The tents had mice problems, we found mice poop on our towels. The communal showers are really dirty. They use fabric shower curtains and never clean or replace them--these accrue mold and smell really bad. It was very unpleasant to shower here because the showers are not cleaned often enough, they are not ventilated, and the shower curtains are moldy and stinky.
