Pool is good but was very cold. The jacuzzi is heavenly. Especially on my achy muscles. The halls are quiet and clean. The breakfast is good and fresh waffles you make yourself are absolutely delicious and hot! The layout is awful because the breakfast area is all over the area in wierd sections. Waffles here but butter way over across the room, etc. Coffee is weak and watery but always available and hot. The fitness center is small but it's there. The lobby couch seating seems to never be used or sat in, wierd I think, but the TV plays very soothing positive music and visuals. Ahh, feel the zen. The TV in room is huge and nice to watch. The remote however doesn't provide any guide to channels so it's hard to know what is on what channel. The chair on room is very comfortable and stylish and classy. The desk area is great for work. Bed is comfy but I'd suggest bringing your own pillow because theirs are so wierd and lumpy and small and squishy. Water pressure on bathroom faucet and showerhead is lower than my preference but manageable. The laundry area is excellent: brightly lit, uses quarters, works perfectly, kept clean. Overall this place is super clean. I do wish the pool area was not so steamy, it set off the fire alarms twice because the sensors detected so much steam. Fire trucks came, etc but it was just a matter of airing the space out. We didn't have to evacuate at any point. It's such a good area for walking to get a bite to eat, with Oakland Gyros being the best in the area, but Culver's, Qdobo, and Starbucks are right there nearby too. The best part of staying here is the pool, the blissful quiet, and easy location near the airport and for those taking the local bus. For the money they charge, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Also, you can bring your furbaby too if needed. Meow or bark. The staff is mostly good but only had one bad experience with my first night, the young male working overnight was very rude and argued with me and hungup on me at 3am when I complained about the loud neighbors. It was only one time, so I let it go. Luckily the breakfast staff are AWESOME. Those hot fresh waffles are truly the best.

Very enjoyable place. Staff mostly nice. Decent breakfast too. Really love the waffles you make yourself fresh and hot. Chill vibe. No drama. Very quiet. Washer and dryer work perfectly and front desk has quarters if you need to make change. Pool and jacuzzi are so nice. Location great for traveling to or from airport. I love the sandalwood toiletries they provide. I love being on top floor as I requested and they accomodated. Really enjoy staying here. Nice breakfast staff too, they deserve a shout-out. The only thing I could suggest is the coffee not be so weak and watery. Otherwise nice place for quiet respite from the chaos of the world. Also the TV guide won't work, so you have to just scroll down channel by channel. But it's a minor thing. Overall I say bravo.

Wish the breakfast would have ham&cheese but I guess it’s a typical menu for lots of American hotels. Close to the airport and the city! The area was ok. It’s important to drive there with your car as there doesn’t seem to be lots of public transport options… 🤔

When we arrived very late because of our plane ride. Roz, whom we found out was from the same state as we was excellent, efficient and very friendly.

Sadly the manager Chris Patel is a nightmare and extremely bitter, rude, and condescending. He's unprofessional and lazy. Tip toeing around to look busy but he actually does nothing. I needed the jacuzzi for the water and heat therapy from a recent accident. Nope, pool and jacuzzi rarely open, due to repairs. When I asked him to fix it because we PAY for it, he screamed at me and ordered me to leave, kicking me out like I was trash. I said no, because I already paid for one more night. He enjoys hurting people because of his personal problems. On a good note, the breakfast staff is excellent. The hot fresh waffles are delicious. The coffee is weak and watery, albeit available 24/7. Better off making yourself hot tea. Laundry area is clean, useable, $2 per wash or dry. Mostly, the rooms are very quiet. The young black man who works overnight is rude, ghetto, and condescending. I found out why, because he's the owner's little buddy so he feels invincible able to act however he wants. I'd called to front desk at 3am because the room next door was being loud. He nastily replied that they're making normal noise, they're not being loud. I said no, it's disrespectful. He argued and slammed the phone down hanging up on me. This place would be fine if only they had a decent manager. Location is so close to airport yet I rarely heard any plane noise. Very safe and quiet location overall. The morning staff is great, especially Tyler, a crackerjack young woman who goes above and beyond. The world needs more like her.
