location is little off State (main street)but they has good parking lot and nice staff. recommend to stay 2nd floor because 1st floor is little noisy where is front of parking lot. Totally, good to recommend and will back here again.

Elizabeth was so welcoming and helpful from the start. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Walked to downtown and the park. Slept very well. Large clean bathroom. Absolutely will stay here again :)

The location is great, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep this isn’t it. The plate itself is very old, the glass louver window design allows for the cold and noise to come in, so you can hear everyone outside at anytime. One of the blinds was broken giving passerby’s a view inside our room and since we were on the first floor had to our a blanket up. The carpet had an odd smell, we were told it had just been washed so there would be wet spots. We put the deadbolt on the door and got locked in, then was told by the manager that the deadbolt is only for hotel management use and that “we are an old hotel” which is why some things don’t work. For the price the hotel needs some TLC, low investment to fix the things that don’t work or need repair. Pretty sure whoever stayed in my room had pets with fleas as my legs had bites after the first night.

Stayed for just the night but considering its half the cost of many other hotels nearby and had a comfy enough bed , free parking and most of the essential ammenities. I dont care for having a pool, especially when in Santa Barbara and the beach is right there. Location wise its walkable to downtown area.
