퀄리티 스위트 템플 I-35

I am a female in the blue collar industry. I went to check into the hotel after a 12hour shift. The Indian lady at the front desk immediately started profiling me, asking me questions that insinuated I was there for other reasons. Her attitude, tone, unwelcoming and unprofessional demeanor made me feel immediately uncomfortable and judged. She asked me if anyone else was staying with me, I said no I am here for work. Then she proceeded to ask me if "I" could be the one to bring the key card down when I check out, subtly implying that she does not believe that I am the only person to stay in the room. Of course I did bring the key card down upon check out because why wouldn't I? Such a terrible experience, after a hot 12 hour shift, that I did not need. I just needed a shower and some sleep. Had I came in with my hard hat and high-vis vest, then maybe I'd get a better greeting. On the up side, the room was a good size and cozy. Back to the bad, there was a dead roach, and pet hair in the bathroom, on the walls and in the shower.

When we arrived we got our room. My daughter and grandkids came to see us. As we walked into the room.for the first time I thought I was COMPLETELY DISCUSSED!! Beds we not made, trash all over beer cans on night table. I had my family follow me back upto the desk were I explained the room and requested a different one. Upon going into the second room beds were made however a poop streak was on one the blankets. I took it off and took it back up to the desk and told the lady what was on it. She gave a new on. My 14 year olds son took a.shower

Had to book last minute and was a total gem of find! Staff was fantastic. room was clean, and they even let us check out late!
