I was traveling alone for a work conference just 8 minutes from the location of this hotel and decided to treat myself to a stay here. Upon arrival, the hotel is nice looking, decorated well in an Italian retreat motif. The room was spacious with a mini fridge, microwave and keurig. The bathroom I also roomy and has large walk-in shower with bench seating. My first night, the room had a slightly damp feel - including the bed, pillows, comforter and sheets…. But the floor my room was on was pretty quiet. The next day, everything was fine when I got ready and left to go to my conference. I didn’t get back to the hotel until around 9:30pm, so it was dark out. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel was a little uncomfortable, but fine. As soon as I got into my room. I found that all lights in the entryway and bathroom were out (light switches were on, but lights were not working). The lamps, phone and tv in the actual room were still working fine. I am not usually a skittish person, but I was honestly kind of freaked out. I called the front desk and offered to send up an ‘engineer’ to replace the light bulbs. I chose to just use the flashlight on my phone and until I went to bed and asked for them to please fix the lights the next day. I somehow got to sleep, though not well. Got up and ready the next morning and left for my conference. On my way out of the hotel, I stopped by the front desk and asked if they could please check on the lights during the day. I came back from conference around 2pm to check the status but the lights still were not working. While I was resting, the engineer and housekeeping both came by…. I asked the engineer if it was possible that a circuit blew, since all lights on that front side of the room were strangely out all at the same time. He said he would come back and figure out what was going on (after replacing a bulb with no change). I left to go back to my conference and was not back until 11:30pm. I am not sure what ended up being the issue, but when I arrived back to my room, all of the lights were fixed and on 🎉 No reason or discount was offered and I honestly didn’t have the time to speak with a manager. All in all, my stay was good, other than not having lights in my room for approximately one day. The walk from garage to hotel was not the safest feeling, but was semi-lit. The fact that the garage is directly across from the Apple building helped the safety factor a tiny bit. I’m not sure if I would spend the money to stay here again, but was mostly happy with this trip.

Loved the stay, my kids really enjoyed it. The view was very pretty.

Staff were warm and welcoming and the room was very clean. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area.
