The staff is so helpful! Needed to move to another room bc of allergies. The front desk staff, Debbie, El, & Valerie were so helpful letting us go into available rooms to see if the air caused sinus issues. The rooms here have been remodeled & updated. Excellent value! I have been here several times for multiple days. This is the place I choose because of the excellent value, friendly & accomodating staff, cleanliness, nice rooms, & great location. Comfort Suites Cordova is just off I-40 near Wolfchase Galleria, Costco, IKEA, more shopping, Shelby Farms Park, & close to attractions. Felcia & housekeeping staff are so friendly & helpful, keep the room sparkling clean & supplied with fresh towels & linens. Breakfast of eggs, pork sausage, assorted cereals, yogurt, juices, coffees, tea, and hot, off the griddle Belgian waffles! Unfortunately, the elevator is not working for over a month. I stayed on the 1st floor, no problem.

This property offers excellent value for the money and a fantastic location near lots of great shopping! The cleanliness is top and the staff is friendly and attentive. I slept well here. Parking is free and convenient. The rooms are recently renovated. Some improvements could be made. Overall it's a great stay & excellent value for the money.

Staff was great, room was clean

I have stayed here for several nights and found all the staff to be exceptionally helpful with most anything needed. The first. night the TV did not work. The next day they gave me a different TV but the remote did not work, which may have been the problem in the first one. After a couple days I discovered the carpet was wet throughout the room. When I arrived , I was told it had been cleaned the day before . I just continued wearing flip flops while I was in the room.

Near Wolfchase Mall, Costco, Ikea, Sephora, Ross, & several other shopping areas. I stayed here a week. The staff are so friendly & helpful! Everything is kept clean, plenty of towels when i asked. The first room had a wet carpet, when i noticed, i was offered another room. The maintainance man came with a carpet cleaner. The perfume of the cleaner was overwhelming to me so he stopped. I was again offered another room & he brought in an ozone machine which took the smell out in 20 minutes while i waited in the lobby. Breakfast is the same every day, scrambled eggs that have been pre-made into rounds like pancakes, pork sausage, a variety of cold cereals, muffins, yogurts, juices, coffee, tea, & make your own hot Belgian waffles! The Market, for snacks, is almost empty, out of bottled water for a week. The elevator was out of order. I was so glad for a laundry room with reasonably priced washer & dryer. There is a well maintained indoor pool, a workout room with machines, nice lobby & dining area, & a group meeting room.
