I stayed at a Quality Inn previously and was seriously impressed. Upon checking in to this location, I was shocked at the contrast. The outside was fine but the front door was noticable broken-not a big deal. Entering my room, there was several cleanliness concerns-food debris stuck to the wall, all surfaces(desk, lamp base, dining room table, bathroom counters) were visibly dusty/dirty, bathtub with hair stuck in the drain, bathroom sink broken, the couch was stained, the carpet needed to be vacuumed.... I was shocked. The bed however, was clean and comfortable. Quality Inn has the best beds and memory foam pillows! A few issues with the TV/remote and my toilet clogged and overflowed upon first use later on. The breakfast bar the next morning was fine. Waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, juice and coffee (the other location had eggs and sausage too but I'll never complain about free breakfast). Overall, Quality Inn remains a great hotel for the price (the bedding is truly fantastic!) but this location was lacking.

First, while checking in, I heard a rustling in the bushes right next to the building, I thought it was just a bunny, NOPE! IT WAS A RAT !! With his little rat friends ! I screamed and jumped and it screamed and jumped!! But ya rat infestation, disgusting!! At breakfast, front desk lady rudely stated to me we had to have the "breakfast coupon voucher" acting like we weren't guests and we shouldn't be there, so I went up to our room got the voucher brought it back , got a thank you with a roll of the eyes too!! Then my booking confirmation stated I had to be checked out by noon, but the front desk said no, you have to be checked out at 11. They were literally at our door at 10:59 taping their foot for us to get out, we were rushing trying to get all of our belongings out , when I came back inside to grab another load of our stuff my husband was being yelled at by the staff, I sent him outside and calmly asked what the issue was and was told that I was smoking in the room, which I was certainly not, i never smoke inside. Cigarette smell is very distinct in any place that never gets smoked in. The smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic, she accused me of wrapping it, I didn't even notice and when I tried explaining to her she just screamed at me telling me to get out. Extremely unprofessional! Needless to say they kept my $50 deposit, and then they attempted to charge my debit card $100 right after I left!!! Thank God I only transfer what Im going to use or I'd be out $150 because she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. ... I suggested she take care of the rat problem they have in which she actually called me a rat!! I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only hotel in the world. I'd sleep in my car before even considering staying there ever again.... The Extended stay across the street is %1000 better place for sure!

Quiet, clean, coffee 24/7. Could use some remodeling. But nice.

The hotel needs updating, repairs, cleaning, and overall care. While the bed and room were clean, the room, lobby and exterior of the hotel obviously needs attention. The staff were not friendly or conversant at all. Even when I asked questions, they would not respond.

Filthy,blood on carpet and on walls Dresser was busted to pieces . If we weren't so completely exhausted and not feeling well we would of left . Slept on top of the beds and left as soon as possible. Absolutely the worst Ever clerk was so rude asking for a different room would of more than likely resulted in a real bad situation
