Hello all!! Thank you for reading my . review and I hope it helps you with your decision making. I'll hit my negatives first, NO VENDING MACHINES!!! Really not that big if a deal so long as you don't realize at 2am that you really want a soda or bag of cheddar and sour cream chips. If such an event does arise there is a C-store less than a quarter mile away that is open 24 hours that will help you out. The overnight guy at the store is pretty cool but definitely has his bad days so consider yourself warned. Making that walk can help with issue #2, no exercise room. There is a pool, which is maintained daily and shines like a diamond in a goats ass, but it's not huge so swimming laps for cardio is outta the question. #3, washer/dryer sometimes takes your money so use at your own risk. And finally #4, the pillows are total duds. I book a double queen room as a single traveler so I have two sets of pillows to use. Honestly folks, that's all I've got as negatives. The value for your dollar and the unbelievably friendly and helpful staff alone far surpass any negative that I've mentioned. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable (even with the below grade pillows). This is a hotel that when you checkout you will probably remember it for about the first hour on your journey on I-81 because you will have nothing to complain about but you will remember it if you're passing through this path of the Shenandoah Valley again in the future.

Nice Room but Building and Grounds Not so Much
The room I had was just renovated, clean, and very nice, but the facility is undergoing renovations and is a mess. If you can look past the old facade and work being done in the front office area, it's a pretty good deal.

I stayed for one night and had a great view on the second floor. Room smelled good and was clean. Would definitely go there again!

Pictures of the property is complete garbage. The owner and management of the property are clearly being deceptive in there marketing efforts. The standard Day's Inn continental breakfast is not provided. plus the wifi is garbabe!! I can't believe the still carry the Wyndham Logo...
