I got bit up by bedbugs the whole time i stayed there. Never again will i stay at this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice but they don’t tell you that they expect $100 deposit upon arrival which cannot be in cash and they also don’t inform you that the cops come there and run every license plate and every person’s name that has booked a room it’s the same throughout the whole county which to me is not okay

The place has seen better days and it smells really unpleasant and the smell is too heavy to escape. To be fair the linens were changed and fresh towels were provided and everything was in working order. I was just expecting something more along the lines of the extended stay America on welsh rd in Horsham. The one on welsh rd felt like a vacation where I slept easy. At this one however it was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Another thing that I was put off by was having a hard time checking in after 11.pm. I worked late and that’s too early. Like how can a hotel decide my bed time? They lock the doors and you can only get in with a room key that I didn’t get yet. Otherwise there’s a phone you have to call them on to let you in. Not convenient. Once at the desk I was informed that checkout ends at 11 and that they might not be able to check me in. They checked me in anyway and I was told where my room was and where the vending machines were. I was thirsty after unpacking so I went to the vending machines and to no surprise the soda machine was broken. The place just didn’t meet my standard of expectations from the minute I pulled in and couldn’t find parking, to not being able the enter, from a brand that is well known for at least being a step above places like the red roof inn., it wasn’t quite there. There’s a lot of people that seem to live there. It was strange and uncomfortable and I just didn’t like it. Definitely not good for families or kids. Too many bums floating around the premises each one eyeing you up and down as you walk down the hall. Maybe the problem is being so close to the casino and the crowd it attracts, but regardless of the cause, it’s just not a comfortable place to be for your average normal respectable person. There’s a lack of etiquette floating around combined with mental illness. You will not get quite what you expect from a hotel that’s supposed to be a no brainer. This one’s different and not in a good way. Just know that. Proceed with caution.

Staff is wonderful

Hotel is very rundown needs to be redone. Furniture is old and worn.
