마이 플레이스 호텔 - 트윈 폴스, 아이다호

The My Place hotel in Twin Falls, Idaho was an unexpected joyful end to a long day of driving. We had stayed in a few places that looked good on websites, but were old and broken down and extremely unsettling. We drove up and went into the lobby and immediately felt comfortable. It was clean and smelled fresh. We were quoted a price for the night, but booked a room on Agoda while in the lobby (which saved us quite a bit) and were immediately welcomed in to a beautifully comfortable room with 2 queen beds, a clean bathroom (without the old water rot corners!) and a kitchenette. The freezer section of the fridge has its own icemaker, so no traipsing into the hallway at midnight for ice! It was like being in my own house. I'm going to find more of these My Places when I travel.

Since we were traveling from far by car, my husband and I needed to stop driving to rest on our way from Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North-Dakota, (1st day). We had hard time to find a hotel. The 2nd day, from North Dakota, then Idaho, Montana (To see Yellow Stone), then we came back to Idaho, and started looking for a hotel on 4th of July, we thought was going to be difficult, we picked out Twin falls, and we called our first choice My Place Hotel, and it was such a very good experience, they have room available for us. The lady at the front desk was amazing when she greeting us, she offer water bottles to us, and lastly she gave us information about their restaurant's schedule, and all services they gave. It was an excellent service. I totally recommend this hotel.

I picked My Place Hotel because of the good reviews and I agree!!!! This is not a fancy place but it has a charm thanks to the friendly staff & cleanliness. The rooms are good size, comfortable bed & pillows, nice sheets, good shower, warm comforter or lighter blanket option. The TV has a huge selection of channels. The kitchenette includes frig, sink , stove top , microwave, coffee pot & toaster. Immaculately clean!!!!!!

We travelled from Southern California to Boise, ID, to Butte, MT, to Yellowstone, WY, to Twin Falls, ID, to Las Vegas, NV, and back to SoCal. Of all the hotels we stayed at, this place we liked for many reasons the most. First of all, the value for the money was absolutely acceptable. Secondly, it was very clean. The bathroom had a rather new shower/tub built in, in which one could actually feel comfortable taking a bath. The room was spacious, and the two queen beds were comfortable with decent sheets. We loved that we had a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove (electric), a sink, a full-size fridge, a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Things to be aware of should be: there are no kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware or pots and pans. The hotel was able to find us a small skillet and small pot, which would be sufficient for 2 people to make use of it. They also found us a larger knife and a couple of steak knives. We are planners, so we have our own setup what we call our travel kitchen. We do have silverware, utensils, even emergency camping cookware, but on this trip, we didn’t bring pots or pans that would allow for making a full breakfast or meal. So if you plan staying there for more than just one night, prepare to bring cookware. Housekeeping will only be offered after the third night of your stay. If it is important to you that someone picks up the room every day, please consider this fact. The staff, however, is very accommodating if anything should be needed during the stay. It was no problem to get additional towels and toiletries sent to the room during our 3-night stay. On another note: on the 3rd day, the winds just have shifted and we definitely were well aware of cattle being raised around us. But that’s the nature of the beast: after all, you are in Idaho! We liked staying at My Place, and when we return to Idaho/Montana in summer, we will be on the lookout for My Place locations. A huge thank you for the wonderful staff at the hotel!
