The room is exceptional. Modern, clean, wonderful bathroom and shower. However, the bed, sheets and pillows were not up to the standards of this type of hotel. Good towels. There was one significant negative. I was out all day and returned in the late afternoon to rest in the room before going out in the evening. Unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned. Even after calling to request the room be cleaned, it took quite a while for the staff to show up and clean the room. Instead of resting, I was forced to spend the time in a common area before going out again. IMO, this poor service is inexcusable. One unexpected plus was that latte in the cafe is excellent. Better than most specialty cafes. And Flfront desk staff are extremely nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tetra Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff's hospitality shone through, making me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The level of service provided by the staff at Tetra Hotel is truly exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and taken care of. Whether it was assisting with luggage, providing helpful local recommendations, or simply offering a warm smile, the staff's dedication to hospitality made my stay memorable.
