My stay at The Crossing was great. The location of the property makes it the perfect pitstop between Banff and Jasper. The rooms are nothing to boast about, but also nothing to complain about. I had a comfortable night in the King Room. Do note that some amenties are available on request at the check-in counter (e.g. Kettle) so that might open up some dining options besides dining at their cafeteria/ bar.

Fantastic Location, Comfortable room

Beautiful location. The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable! Internet works well. The front desk people are professionally friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place for a anyone that wants to truly enjoy the Icefield Parkway and have a relaxing evening and restful night afterwards

Good hotel inside the park
Good location and nice view, and it has WiFi where cellular is not available. The staff is very friendly. We arrived after 11pm and the front desk woke up and helped us. Really appreciated.

Short stay, lovely customer service. However the room is a bit small. The bathroom is difficult to shower as the water pressure is poor. Overall is okay.
