The location is perfect! It’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and major attractions like Waterton Lake and the nearby waterfalls, making it very convenient to explore the area. However, our biggest disappointment was that our room did not have air conditioning. During our stay, many guests were upset and complained to the front desk because they also expected the rooms to have A/C. We were disappointed as well. While Agoda may have disclosed this in the room details, most people naturally assume that a hotel room comes with air conditioning, especially during the summer, so it’s easy to overlook that detail. It was extremely hot during our stay. The room only had one electric fan, so we requested a second one. Although the staff provided another fan, it was very loud, making it difficult for us to sleep throughout the night. The front desk staff explained that they have already applied for approval from Parks Canada to install air conditioning, but the project has not yet been approved. They also mentioned that some of their other properties do have air conditioning, but unfortunately, we were not able to move to one of those rooms. Overall, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the location is excellent. However, if you’re planning to stay in Waterton during the summer, I strongly recommend confirming that your hotel room has air conditioning before booking to avoid the same disappointment.

We had 7 of us stay so had 2 rooms. The rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views. Walls were a bit thin but had family next door so was good. Walkng distance to all downtown. Would recommend and would stay again.

When you pay over *** dollars a night and do not have access to air conditioning or a fan in 30 degree heat, it takes a better person than me not to write a negative review. Many people sat outside their rooms with their doors open to escape the stifling heat.

2 queen bed room and another room with king bed. Kitchen. And dinning table. 3 seat couch facing TV along with fireplace. I've stayed in room 41 nice mountain view. Lovely place

The front-desk office is closed in winter, however no information provided in advance about the special arrangement of check-in in winter before my arrival. That caused a lot of confusion and time wasting.
