Regency Inn & Suites

We checked in and the staff was very polite and professional. We got our key open the door and the room was gorgeous. Looked like it was just renovated, with hardwood floors through out

Not a place I would return to. The receptionist was competent, but was absolutely unable to help with anything. I would say she's very clear and knows her stuff, but hospitality is not her strong suite. From the moment we drove into yej driveway, I noticed how big the potholes were on the road. The room was dimly lit and looked like my home rather than a hotel. There were open switches and wires that dangled. When the aircon rattled, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and was recommended to try "hitting it a few times". The bed springs were also very noisy, and I must say it wasn't my most restful night. To be fair, the place was reasonably clean. But that was probably the best thing I could say about the place.

When we arrived at the location, apparently the property had been "overbooked". We were put up in an "under-construction" portion of the small building. The hostess tried to be as accommodating as possible - but there was only so much one could do. The climb to the room was sort of shady and frankly dangerous. Not worth the amount that was paid.

We just booked it unexpectedly. And it was all worth it! Clean, beautiful room and spacious enough for us 👏🏻
