Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean bath rooms. Downstairs kitchen was handy. Was able to get a load of laundry done for $5. Free parking and walking distance to a lovely cafe.

Excellent value for money place to stay near the river. Can walk into town along the river which is lovely. Recommended as a cheap place to stay which is comfortable.

I was satisfied with the Inn on College. The staff members I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The Inn seemed well-maintained and spotlessly clean. My room was not huge, but it was satisfactory. The linens were good quality, and the bed was comfortable. The shower- and bathrooms are shared, not in suite. They were very clean. There was some noise overnight from some rowdy people at another inn next door. Staff from the Inn on College went over to address the problem. I don't know if any sort of breakfast is included -- I departed before that time. Overall, I was happy with the Inn.

Lot better than expected. Safe, Clean, Cozy. Heads up: rooms with attached bathroom are just a few, so make sure to specifically book one. Sharing aren’t that bad either, but surely inconvenient.

Absolutely recommended! Again, clean, safe, quiet and well maintained. But rooms can be small for a couple, so best pick for students and solo travelers.
