My only but important complaint is that when I stay here and ask for late checkout and it’s approved and notes are being put on stuff. Nobody listens… I still get woken up at 10:30 in the morning. I’ve even gone so far to take my phone off the hook so that they stop calling but now I have people banging on the door and I say I have late checkout till 1230. They say OK then they come back at 11 then they come back at 12… Absolutely not acceptable… I have late nights when I book your and need my ability to leave when I want.

Staff were very friendly. Accommodations were clean and comfortable appropriate for value paid. Pleasantly impressed with the hot complimentary breakfast (thank you for the eggs!)

Checking in was hassle free, great staff n very clean room .i will be definitely staying again

the tv is not working

Starting with the outside-we had a homeless man clearly altered by some substance sleeping behind the dumpster across from our room's patio doors which didn't make us feel very safe. The room upon entry smelled heavily musty and of old smoke. Our room was tired and the walls were in need of desperate repair and paint. The bathroom was missing the sink stopper and it was just a dirty rusted drain. There were non stop bugs flying out of the water overflow hole and drain. We had to plug the holes with a towel. The bathroom floor had spots of dried blood. (My 14 year old son noticed this and brought it to my attention) We found an artifial eyelash stuck to the thermostat controls. Our heater/air conditioner had exposed wires hanging from the unit. There wasn't a moment of peace pretty much all night due to slamming doors and footsteps above us. The breakfast and gentleman working in that area was great though. A variety of hot selections, eggs and sausage and bread, bagels, and cereal. I chose this hotel because it had a pool yet it's small and was congested with people and kids splashing so we couldn't swim.
