This is a nice hotel, but its a bit of walk from the bus station. However, i have a bit of encounter with the lady on the desk info. 1. You do not get customers credit card information with cvv. Thats private. Also if you are planning to get the details of the card, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR PERMISSION FIRST! i gave the card thinking she will swipe it, noooo, she took it and flipped my card and typed all my credit card details. In this day and era of fraudulent transactions, you don't do that and you have to clearly state that you need credit card details first. Its courtesy. 2. Luggage storage is indicated here. But the woman staff had a few moments of clear irritation saying that they don't have a space for our luggages. If that is the case, then why include a luggage storage as part of your amenities? We could've definitely booked another hotel. One that can cater to storing luggage for guests. Ps. Of course your guests will have multiple luggages, we travel from different parts of the world! 3. The hotel room is nice and spacious. It has microwave and a good pressure on the water shower too. Other than the two issues i indicated, this hotel should be quite good. The encounters with desk person was just a bit off. But the guy upon check out was nice.

Nice hotel but one thing that surprised us there was quite a lot of calcium deposits on the bottom of the shower doors. That should be looked at as it leaves the impression that the hotel was dirty which it was not.

Stayed for a week. One bedroom had lots of space. Good value. Only complaint was old mattress in need of replacing and similar bedding.

too pricey for what you get
It's roomy, well laid out and has everything you need but inside everything is really worn down and pretty shabby. Aka the cabinets are all banged up, the sofabed is paper thin (so bad), the floors are scuffed, and the contents of the cupboards are very bare and mismatched/not a lot there ( looks like garage sale items)....for 700 bucks for ONE NIGHT i really feel it needs to be nicer. Restaurant was very good and hot tub was great.
