It was a different experience from our last stay. Our previous visit was exceptional, but this time, I left feeling a bit disappointed. First, the ongoing renovations made things a little inconvenient, especially during breakfast. The breakfast area was extremely crowded, and there was hardly any space to move around or find a comfortable place to sit. The food also didn't look very appetizing, which I think was partly because everything felt so cramped and rushed. These were things I didn't experience during my previous stay. The room itself was very spacious, which was a definite plus. I believe we were assigned to an accessible room, although I'm not entirely sure. The extra space was nice, but there were a few inconveniences. There weren't any power outlets near the bed, so whenever we needed to charge our phones, we had to use the outlets under the desk instead. Unfortunately, those outlets didn't seem to be properly covered or secured, which felt like a potential safety hazard. Because of that, I wasn't comfortable plugging our devices into them. Another issue was the air conditioning unit. It would turn on and off automatically throughout the night, which already affected my sleep. Then, at around 6:30 a.m., it started making an alarm sound. I called the front desk, and the staff member explained that the unit's battery was low. He was the only person on duty at the time, so I completely understood that he couldn't leave the front desk until someone else arrived to cover for him. He eventually came to our room about an hour later to fix the issue, but by then I was already wide awake and couldn't get back to sleep. Overall, this stay was quite different from my previous one, and I don't remember feeling disappointed at all during our last visit. That said, this experience wouldn't stop me from staying at this property again. I'm hopeful that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will return to the excellent experience we had before.

Great stay! The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The price was very reasonable for what we got. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

EXCELLENT PLACE SUPERB SERVICES

The rooms are clean and big enoughh for my family of 4. There's a pool but not big enough. Another good thing about this hotel is the location. Its near to airport and lots of restaurants nearby.
