오포르투 에어포트 & 비즈니스 호텔

I chose this hotel largely because the Agoda listing prominently advertised both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The listing included pool photographs and stated that guests had access to these facilities on-site. Unfortunately, upon arrival on 31 May 2026, I was informed that the pool would not be available until 9 June. At no point during the booking process was I made aware that the pool would be closed during my stay. Even after reviewing the Agoda listing again, I could not find any clear notice advising guests of this restriction. Had I known the pool was unavailable, I may have chosen alternative accommodation. The restaurant experience was also disappointing. During check-in, I specifically asked about the restaurant, but staff did not mention that reservations were recommended. Later, when I went for dinner, I was asked whether I had booked a table and was left with the impression that there would be a significant wait because I had not. This could easily have been avoided with better communication at check-in. I also observed other guests being advised that food service at the bar was limited. The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located near the airport, but the lack of transparency regarding the pool closure and the poor communication around dining arrangements detracted from the overall experience. For a four-star hotel, I expected clearer information about the availability of key facilities and services.

É tudo ótimo para quem passa a noite antes ou depois de um voo e, não só. Bar aberto e simpático até à 1 da manhã, quartos grandes e modernos. Boa tv, wc, roupeiro. O único contra é mesmo o ruído da ventilação permanente que é, na nossa opinião muito alto. Felizmente comprei tampões. Mas hei-de voltar

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with early breakfast options for travelers (as they told us). However, the walls were quite thin, and the noise, particularly in the early morning hours, was a bit bothersome. We could hear a lot of people walking and moving around, which made it difficult to fully relax. On the bright side, the noise might help you wake up early and ensure you don't miss your flight! Information on available charging cables (fast charging or AC) would also be helpful. On the plus side, the parking spot was convenient for us
