N1 Hostel Apartments and Suites

There was a problem with my booking as through Agoda I booked what seemed a private room for the price of a dorm. However, arriving there the lady at reception said I booked a male dorm (I am female). I showed her my receipt and she got angry and was very rude about the whole thing, saying this happened before and I must take this up with Agoda. She went on and on to discuss this and could not even gather that I clearly did not wanna stay in a male dorm. Luckily, another member of staff saved the day. 12 beds are sharing one toilet and one shower, neither can be locked. There is no kitchen or even a kettle that can be used by guests.

接尾はオーナー側にとってとてもよく考えられてると思いますが、利用者の便は考えられていません。部屋でwifi使えない、洗濯干す場所の用意がない(テラスはあり)、部屋の全体を照らす照明がない。そもそも若い女性スタッフ(多分オーナーの娘が親戚)はとても笑顔で親切で感謝することばかりですが、オーナーの老婦人がとても不親切。ラウンジフロアの使い方の説明を受けてないのに、バーの営業開始以降にそこで食事をしていたら、ヒステリックに注意されました。せめて英語で注意書きをおくべきです。ポルトガル人の若者に対してもとても失礼な注意をしていて、心底あきれました。巡礼者は便利でカッコいい設備より、暖かい言葉のひとつを求めます。巡礼者のみなさん、ぜひほかのアルベルゲに行きましょう

The receptionist was extremely uncooperative. She refused to separate the beds until the following morning and rudely asked, “What time in the morning would you like the beds to be separated?” In other words, she expected a father and daughter to share the same bed that night and wait until housekeeping arrived the next day to rearrange the beds. She repeatedly said that she was tired, without considering that we had just arrived at 9:30 p.m. after a long and exhausting journey. To make matters worse, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell, apparently masked by heavily scented cleaning products used to cover the odour of the carpet. As a result, I was only able to sleep for a few hours.

This hostel is very good! The hygiene is super, everything is super clean. I was staying in a dormitory for four women. The room itself was very small, the dormitory for eight was way bigger, so I do recommend booking this one. Breakfast was made an ready for takeaway, which was perfect since I'm staying here for school. Definitely recommend this hostel!
