Lovely modern hotel with helpful staff. 200 metres from beach and 25 minutes from centre of Porto via public transport.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Matosinhos less than 200 m from the beach and close to the bus/tube station ! It is clean and well organised! There is a small gym you can use and a cafe in the same building. The rooms are spacious and have comfy beds! Fresh veggies and fruits are great addition to every breakfast, which is always varied. I will definitely come back!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful whenever I was trying to make plans for the day. The hotel is farther away from the city center than I thought it was, but it was all OK because it was an easy subway ride.

Just two blocks from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shopping spots, it offered the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience, and comfort. 1. First Impressions & Check-in 🏨 ✔ Smooth & Quick Check-in – No long waits, staff was professional and welcoming. ✔ Great Surroundings – Located near beachfront cafés, restaurants, and shopping spots. ✔ A Thoughtful Welcome! – At check-in, we were offered two glasses of Porto’s famous Port wine—a beautiful way to introduce us to the city! 2. Room & Comfort 🛏 ✔ Spacious, Clean & Comfortable – The deluxe room was modern, quiet, and had great noise isolation. ✔ Convenient Switch System – Everything from lights to power controls was easily accessible from the bed or entrance. ✔ Iron & Board in Room – A big plus for travelers who need crisp outfits! ✔ Luxurious Bathroom Setup – Divided into three sections: one for the toilet, one for washbasins, and one for the shower. Very premium and well-designed! 3. Breakfast & Dining 🍽 ✔ Breakfast Had a Good Variety – Plenty of choices for a great start to the day. 🚫 Limited Meat Options for Indian Travelers – No chicken option, only beef & pork. 🚫 Weekend Breakfast Crowds – On busy mornings, some food shelves were empty when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. 4. Service & Hospitality – A Special Experience! 🤵 ✔ Exceptional Staff – Special Thanks to Íris Oliveira! 💖 We had emailed the hotel in advance asking about nearby attractions and honeymoon ideas. Íris Oliveira from the Front Office responded with detailed recommendations, which helped us plan our trip better. ✔ Honeymoon Surprise! 🎉 The hotel left a bottle of champagne, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and a personalized note congratulating us on our honeymoon. This thoughtful gesture made our day! 5. Nearby Attractions & Accessibility 📍 ✔ Not in old Porto, but perfect for honeymooners! ✔ 2 blocks from an amazing beach – Perfect for a morning or sunset walk. ✔ Great seafood restaurants & shopping spots nearby. ✔ Public transport available, but we used Bolt instead – Faster and reasonably priced. 6. Any Issues? 🚫 Only one small issue – On weekends, the breakfast buffet was a bit too busy, and some food trays were empty when we arrived. 7.
