Hangar Inn Guadalajara Aeropuerto

I liked that when you arrive they pick you up from airport. The hotel is very clean and also rooms are clean. When you want to leave for the airport they can wake you up also they drop you off. If you leave after 7:30 am they offer a free breakfast which is nice. I always have early flight, therefore I never make it to breakfast, however they do offer all sorts a hot drinks cookies and fruit.

This hotel was conveniently located. Great airport shuttle. Decent rooms but I found several long black hairs in my bed, my hair is blonde. I believe the bedding wasn’t changed from the last guest!!

Nice bed,hot shower though sprinkles everywhere;) nice continental breakfast simple but convenient with shuttle for airport and very nice day staff helped with getting DiDi from airport to historic centre.

I arrived at the hotel at around 6:00 p.m. and was told by the representative that I was not booked at that hotel and that my booking was for their sister hotel the hangar select which was down the street. They told me that the free shuttle would take me there. When I got there I questioned the fact that the hotel they sent me was not anywhere is nice as the one that I came from and they confirmed that the address on the booking that I had was for the other hotel. So I requested to be sent back to the other hotel and to be given a room there because it was a much nicer hotel and that was the hotel that I booked through Agoda. She called her supervisor and texted somebody and asked me to wait in the lobby and I had to wait for over a half hour and they're lobby wasn't even air conditioned so it was hot and sweaty in there. Ultimately they said that my booking was for this hotel and they would not they refused to provide me a room at the better hotel which I had proof of my booking for. I then asked them at least to to comp my dinner for me due to the inconvenience that they had put me through and they refuse to do that as well. When I got to my room oh they offered to refund me and for me to find another hotel. Well where was I going to find another hotel at the airport at this late hour so I was basically had to stay there and I was really annoyed telling them that if they couldn't switch me back to the other hotel that I was actually booked for that I would definitely give them a bad review. Once again they refused to move me to the other hotel and when I got to my room you could tell that the hotel room was similar to something you would find in a motel 6. And the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a rock and I like a firm mattress but this one was ridiculously hard. I am definitely going to take this up with Agoda and see what they can do to
