The property feels modern and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and generously sized, and the breakfast offers a good variety of tasty options. However, my experience with the front desk was frustrating. My reservation included breakfast, but this was not correctly recorded when I checked in. The next morning, I was informed that breakfast was not part of my booking. Rather than argue and start my day negatively, I decided to leave. I explained the situation that evening, and Melissa promised to correct it. She also advised me to reserve the following night without breakfast, assuring me that I would still be able to have it. Unfortunately, nothing was updated, and I encountered exactly the same issue the following morning. There were always several employees at reception, but no one took responsibility or provided a proper solution; they just looked at each other and ignored me. The hotel has excellent facilities, but the reception team needs to improve its communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is varied and delicious. Unfortunately, the service at reception was disappointing. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but it was incorrectly entered into the system without breakfast at check-in. The following morning, I was told that breakfast was not included, so I left rather than let the issue spoil my day. That evening, I reported the problem, and Melissa assured me that she would resolve it. She also told me I could book the following night without breakfast and still receive it. However, the issue was not corrected, and I faced the same problem again the next morning. Although several staff members were present at reception, they seemed unable or unwilling to provide an effective solution. The hotel itself is very good, but the front-desk service and communication need significant improvement.
