Big room, good bed , stayed in room 1, OK parking but not during the day, good host Paulo. No problem to stay again. Shower door leaks but there are enough towels to compensate.

We specifically selected this hotel as it advertises a car park on-site as one of it's facilities and it is located in the city center. There is no car park on-site, parking outside the hotel is paid for on a meter and the spaces were fully occupied when we arrived. We ended up parking 0.5 km away from the hotel. Precisely the reason why we selected a hotel with parking on-site. When I contacted the hotel regarding the matter they said 'The ad says there is free public street parking. It doesn't say there is a private car park at the hotel. We apologize if you didn't understand.' I can't find this anywhere in the advert, in any case, this means the hotel knowing selected "car park on-site" as one of their facilities fraudulently and essentially blamed me for not understanding what it meant!
