Very nice staffs. Hotel is with the wonderful View and Air Cons. Breakfast is included and delicious.

We are avid travellers and this is one of the most budget hotel we have stayed by far. It is way too old and a total revamp is urgently needed. The location and the view is superb but the facilities and the hotel condition needed a total refurbishment badly. Here are some points to support the review: The Bad: 1. There were no lights along the corridor? Its dark! For a moment we thought we have checked in to Bates Motel. Then we realised we need to manually switch on the corridor lights each time we need to look for the key holes to open the room door. 2. The bathtub in the bathroom is so tight and narrow, I feel I could topple it should I move a little more while showering. Unsafe for children. 3. There are no hooks in the bathroom. I got to place my clothing on top of the WC. 4. The bath essentials were just a small round thin soap and a packet shampoo!?? 5. The hair dryer is a vacuum cleaner??? It is an antique. 6. There are no sheets for the quilt blankets. We have to DIY. 7. The TV is the size of my Macbook 8. There are no mini fridge in the room but there is a safe box?? 9. There is no water, no kettle, no cups nothing in the room. 10. There is only ONE elevator. It looks like from the 60s. Slow and old. 11. The Internet connection is... sorry is there an internet in the hotel? 12. The light sensor outside the bathroom is super annoying, each time you go toileting in the middle of the night, you literally wake the whole room up. The Good: 1. The service staff is friendly and polite. 2. The pool is good too. Large enough. 3. The breakfast is decent 4. The view from the room is superb 5. The air-conditioning is good too. 6. Ample parking space To summarise, this is a lake view hotel with great potential and had seen better days during the 70s. A real pity that the facilities and amenities has been short-changed for the price paid. A major revamp is seriously needed to regain its glory.
