Historic villa, quite recently renovated. Cozy interior. Superior Double room was nice and OK size. The renovation seemed to be quite new and there were no signs of wear and tear, only the faucets were a little worn. Breakfast selection was quite small, but all the basic foods were available. Good size pool, but since it is also open to guests coming from outside the hotel, it is very crowded and there may be problems finding a free sunbed. Soundproofing of the windows is good, the music from the party in the courtyard was quite audible, but the soundproofing of the doors is poor, because all the voices from the corridor could be heard well into the room. Underground parking, but when the hotel is full, there are not enough places for everyone and the last ones have to park outside. Drinking water in the room was paid for. Events are organized here very often and this can be somewhat disturbing, since the entire area around the hotel is then densely packed with parked cars and the music can also be loud at times. The room had an ultra-modern switch with 9 very small buttons, but only 4 of them had a function. Since the buttons are very small, you had to look very carefully for the right button.

The place is beautiful, exterior as well as the interior. finally a hotel where you do not hear all the other guests from the your room staff super friendly and close by parks to go for long walks and runs restaurant was good as well only stayed a night but would consider staying longer

We stayed for 3 days in superior room. The room was great. Nice decor, a desk, a private courtyard. The decor was older style as expected in name Relais. Staff were great. Special thanks to Cesare. The breakfast was very good in a sunken courtyard. High quality italian coffee. The grounds of the hotel were small but perfect for a nice stroll after dinner. We enjoyed the pool area but found after 11am was filled by public local bathers, no special times or spaces for hotel guests. The restaurant was good. Pizza was great. Reasonable price. Fantastic atmosphere for lunch, but dinner special next to pool. You will likely need to reserve. We used the pruvate spa area. This is great for couples 25 euros each for private access to a mini spa, reclining seating area, sauna, 3 types of showers one with rainbow effect and aroma. Awesome and good value. It is a great location not far from Bologna and Imola. We will be back. Thankyou.

Such a fabulous stay, such beautiful gardens, room staff the pool just a dream. Book this magical mansion on edge of town.

Whilst the location is somewhat remote and with a main road close by, the hotel offers great service with well apportioned and equipped rooms. On the down side we found the pool far too overcrowded with non residents. . Our meal was the highlight of our stay taken care of by Simone who is an absolutely brilliant waiter. The food was of a very high standard and the house wine also very good and all well priced. Other staff including Gouda and the gentleman and lady on the reception desk who welcomed us were very professional and personable.
