아트 호텔 빌라 아가페, 샤름의 장소

Lovely infrastructure and surroundings and good breakfast but: 1. size of room was v small and you could hear guests/staff walking past with their luggages. Im sure others could hear us coughing all night too 😓 2. Nothing to watch on TV, however, I didnt ask reception, but should I have? 3. my white bed sheet was stained even though I believe it was clean 4. Nothing much to do in the hotel for entertainment, a billiard room in one of the empty rooms would be useful 5. staff doesnt seem to be interested or invested (except for the 1 lady who works at breakfast). The receptionist didnt note our car plates so when we were told to just park our car anywhere because of full carpark, we ended up blocking some other guests and unfortunately, the receptionist couldnt help them and then took no responsibility for not taking note of the car plates and room…which they should be doing for security reasons. We apologized to the other guests but I felt like the specific hotel staff should have taken more responsibility for the situation. Maybe you want to try your luck here, it is very quiet and beautiful and the shuttle works like a charm (you have to call the hotel so it picks you up at one of two points). Breakfast was very good.

Thank you to Art Hotel Villa Agape and its staff for giving us such beautiful memories.

Villa Agape is a wonderful and beautiful respite just outside the bustle of Florence, which their in-house van will take you back and forth from for free! Rooms are cozy small but spotless and beautiful. I was lucky to be given one with a patio where I sit now, after enjoying the incredible breakfast buffet included. Staff is so very kind and accomodating, even facilitating an early checkin when i arrived early to store my luggage. l arrived a couple of days early to join a group, hoping to rest from travel before starting and could not have been luckier than to choose Villa Agape to do so. It is so incredible, I feel as if I am in a Tuscan dream. Extraordinarily recommend!

very good

Great stay and staff, was worried because it’s outside of the down town but they offer a shuttle which makes it very accessible! We will definitely be back.
