They gave me a room which is dirty and it has a spider on the ceiling. Also, there is a rude receptionist who keeps annoying you if you didn't pay immediately when you plan to extend your stay!! This is so rude and unprofessional, all of the hotels ask for payment when you want to check out. One day she came to my room and asked me to leave now if I didn't pay!!! Also, the walls are not insulated and you must hear all the cleaning noises and vacuum cleaning starting from the early morning :).. Moreover, the AC is not working most of the time and they keep giving stupid excuses about this problem. Also, the location of the hotel is a disaster, most of the roads are not prepared for walking and buses stop reaching this area from 20:00 pm. Overall I don't recommend this hotel and there is a nice hotel few meters next to this bad one. It's called IH hotel and it's much better and cheaper.

My stay in this hotel was so disappointing and I was surprised by the rude behavior of the receptionist and the manager. Firstly, they gave me a room with a spider inside it, which means that they don't clean well. Also, if you want to extend your stay you have to pay before 11:00 am and if you don't pay they keep annoying you. One day I was busy and planning to pay later, then the receptionist came to my room and asked me to pay now or leave the hotel!!! This is so rude and inappropriate behavior for a respectful hotel. Also, the location is terrible if you don't have a car, the area is industrial, you can't walk there and the buses stop going there from 20:00 pm. The walls in not insulated and you have to hear all the cleaning noises and the vacuum noise starting from 8:00 am!! Overall it's not a good option and I recommend IH hotel which is a few meters after this bad one!

I was late for payment one day and one rude woman receptionist came to my room and she asked me to leave the hotel if I didn't pay now !!! This is so unprofessional behavior! The room was very nice. the hotel itself is a nice place, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast was good. Overall, nice atmosphere.
