This rental is great. A Full self catering unit perched on a steep hillside with 180 panoramic view of the ocean who could ask for more. As the title states there was a wildfire in the ravine immediately in front of this property. I was going to leave but the co-tenants (couple in the other half of the house) stated the flames had gotten less by the time I arrived. They contacted the owner who called me. She guaranteed the unit would not catch fire. I liked her assurance but no one controls the wind nor mother nature. That said I stayed the nite and added a second. Unfortunately in 2023 there are wildfires daily in Sicily as elsewhere in the world. The place was spotless except some silverware had not been washed. The king bed extremely comfortable. Lots of hot water and even an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. Only downside is the barking dogs in the neighborhood at nite. I would stay here again.
