We were given a newly refurbished room, which is also spacious. The hotel is also beside the Batu Burok beach and just 300 meters from restaurants. The staff was also very helpful when needed. Salute to the hotel management.

Affordable and comfortable
Location sumpah strategik sebab resort ni berul-betul depan pantai so lepas beli makanan boleh healing depan pantai berkelah. Restoran and tempat jual-jual makanan pun dekat je dengan resort. Saya book standard room yang ada 2 katil single, bilik dia luas memang selesa. Toilet pun luas. In conclusion, bilik selesa worth dengan harga bilik yang tak mahal mana.

Price wise, okay, not very cheap, but not expensive. Room is very big n clean, with a very clean bathroom with hot shower, but only two small soap provided. Possibly room just renovated, looked like new. Very comfy soft pillows, n thick duvet. has kettle, but no coffee tea. Has TV and hair dryer. has cupboard. best thing is location is very good, just next to the beach, and 1 minute walking distance to a few food court for breakfast (nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, roti canai, nasi campur) n dinner. Would recommend. But be ready for rm50 cash deposit upon checkin, and make sure u return with tv remote on checkout. this one counter staff not very friendly. so poyo. try speak better and more corteous to patrons, please. Please go for communication skills classes. Cleaning staff nice n helpful, so different from that female counter staff.

Clean and Close to the beach
The resort is not really a resort since there is no resort facilities like swimming pool etc. But the hotel is near to the beach and restaurants. we just walked to the restaurants and walked along the beach in the evening. Even though the room feels a bit 'buruk', got walls with plaster and not painted all the way, some lamps are not functioning, the shower is ok, but the shower handle came off while showering. One thing I like is how clean the room is. Everything is clean, even the bathroom got no eww spot. Quite amazed to be honest. But don't worry, I think they are upgrading the room bit by bit. But don't know when they will finish all. So, will recommend the hotel even with all the downsides.
