Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were spacious. We loved just sitting in our room with the window and balcony doors open with a wonderful cool breeze, listening to the people passing by below. Both are very good at shutting out the noise when closed, too. The lift is VERY small and slow, do not recommend if you are claustrophobic. There are not many electrical outlets in the room to charge your electronics, only one on one side of the bed and one in the bathroom.

Good location, near ferry pier, 10mins walk to villas. Staff were very helpful and friendly. With private carpark. With air conditioner. Price can be higher in peak season.

Lovely breakfast and friendly staff!
First of, we loved the breakfast spread at the hotel (the croissants were good). Also, the staff was really friendly and kind. Loved our hotel - especially the view from our room. The only issues I could think of are: 1) the elevator. It was slow and a bit scary - although understandable in Italy, and 2) the noise coming from tourists lining up at the ferry going to Bellagio. It's right outside the hotel and most of the time, the lines are long. The area gets congested. At night though, when it really matters, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet.

Hotel was in a great location, directly in front of the ferry terminal so it was convenient to travel around lake como. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room had a great view of lake como but cleanliness could be improved. Overall would still stay here again, for the view and convenience.
