The home stay located a bit far from town but have a very big Morning market and for court near the home stay about 5 mins drive. Ground floor a bit warm due to no ceiling fan in the 2nd living room. 3 bed room down stairs and only 1 toilet, need to wait rotation for toilet use. Got a washing machine for laundry's. Overall okay.

Air-conditioning not functioning well.

Good for Groups, But Needs Better Ventilation

We stayed at this homestay as a large group and overall had a pleasant experience. The house has plenty of rooms. Downstairs, the living room has been partitioned to create extra rooms, and the single room on the ground floor is a bit smaller (only fit 1 single bed). There are three rooms downstairs but only one shared bathroom. However, each room upstairs has its own private bathroom, which was very convenient. All the bathrooms are equipped with water heaters, which is a great feature. Some of the air conditioners are a bit old and not very cold, but still manageable. One downside was the ventilation—there was a musty smell upon entering the house, so it would be great if the host could improve the airflow or air out the house before guests check in. Overall, it's a great place for big groups and has most of the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay.
