- Very clean and modern rooms. Heated outdoor pool and sauna was amazing 10/10. Breakfast was 5/10, had to top up 8 euros to get omelette as compared to other hotels in dolomites that serve it as an option for free. - It’s located slightly outside of cortina town if without a car it’s tiny bit inconvenient. - NO PRIVACY and bad service. We’ve stayed in multiple hotels around the world and no staff has entered the room when “do no disturb” is being set up. We intentionally set up “do not disturb” since we checked in as we didn’t like having staff coming in to touch or move out stuff. however someone still came in to clean and moved our stuff. our valuables etc were unkept. We intentionally left a leaking can of hairspray in the balcony to throw it as it was stinking the room, the staff brought it back in and when we came back the whole room smelled really bad. Exactly our point of why we set up “do not disturb”. Spoke to the front desk about it and she just shrugged her shoulders and said “oh I don’t know why”. This is very bad problem.

A cozy and impeccably designed establishment. Excellent spa facilities; staff was attentive and polite. The deer at dinner was superb. The only downside was that breakfast had limited choices.

Everything is perfect! We really enjoyed staying here. Kids loved this place so much! They offered everything we want.
