The location was great n the price was affordable. Everything was fine n acceptable based on the price point. Only wish if there could be some more tv channels to watch. They had smart tv with YouTube, Netflix and Prime which you can use your own account to log in to watch.

Big room, very good for a couple.

The best feature of this accommodation is its location which is a short walk to CIQ and JB Sentral as well as to the major shopping malls, eateries etc. However, we had to meet several challenges. If you don't mind these inconveniences then perhaps this could be the place for your stay. First, there was no holding space for your luggage if you arrive early. We arrive at the building lobby at around 10am but the rooms were not ready until way past lunch time so we had to lug our bags all around town with us. Secondly, check-in was rather messy without anyone to assist on location. 3 out of the 5 letter box locks malfunctioned and we had to get the person with the tiniest hand to slip his hand through the letter box opening to extricate the key cards. It was overall not very satisfactory. One of the key cards (for the lift) was damaged and could not be used. Luckily they were on the same floor as me so they just had to stick around with us all the time, otherwise they would not be able to get to their rooms. The door lock to one of another room was spoiled and they had to send housekeeping staff to attend to the issue after much dilly dallying. By the time they got into their room, it was almost 5pm. Much time was wasted. I have stayed in residences all over the world including remote places like the Lofoten Islands in Norway. Instruction and room information are always received at least one day in advance of check-in. With Suasana by Keystone, you don't hear from them until when the rooms are available which in our case was at 12.38pm for the first available room on the day of check-in at at 1.48pm for the rest of the rooms. As mentioned, check-in was very very messy. We booked 5 rooms but only 4 rooms were initially allocated to us. The 5th room came in at 3.18pm. Other than the above issues, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. But bring your own toiletries as they provide only a 3-in-1 liquid soap which is meant for all purpose. Also brin

During our past visit, the pillow covers were not changed. I can smell the saliva stains of previous tenants. The toilet was smelly, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was a bad experience for us.
