호텔 빌라 맬러스피나

Excellent value and the restaurant was quite good. We ate there twice.

The hotel is a histotical one and location is far away to the tourist area, we were not check propertly before the booking. it takes about 20 mintutes by taxi and will cost € 50 to go to Verona city centre and back to the hotel. But for the business people it might be a nice choice, the restaurant here is elegant and exquisite, the foods are delious, it has the Italian country charm.

Great staff, very nice breakfast, hotel is on a quiet suburb easy to access by bus.

I booked for double good size room for 3 nights. First night they gave me a smaller room with small toilet where you bang yourselves when try to do shower. When I asked to change room they informed me all other rooms are booked. Then they asked me to leave baggage next day morning and they will change the room from following nights. Second night I went to room, after hard working day at the Marmomacc fair, I found the room was good size but when checked the toilet it was another shock!! It was specially made for disable people with very high toilet seats. The shower area was not covered, as a result when you have shower the whole toilet gets wet. I asked to change the room but the reception lady informed same again that there is zero room available now. Following morning when I went to the reception complaining about it, the gentleman at the reception was very very rude. He started interrogating me what’s the problem with the toilet! I showed him photos that the seat cover is too high and it’s not for normal people to sit there and do poo, it is as if you are sitting on high stools and trying to empty your stomach. He didn’t listen to me at all; a very arrogant and racist guy to deal with the guest like this. Then I had to request another lady and for 3rd night I got a proper room with proper toilet. 3 times check in and check out for 3 nights stay! I paid higher value for higher standard room but this is what I received in return! Not a good place to stay for non Italians and non white people as they judge and allocate room with their own racism judgement !!!!!!
