Pros: The location is fantastic and ideal for exploring Verona. The room itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, and the overall standard of the accommodation was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help when we raised an issue during our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, the room was extremely hot throughout our stay and the air conditioning was not functioning. We were informed that the cooling system had been switched off for the season, which we understand, but the ventilation/fan function was also not working. We reported the issue and someone was sent to investigate, but the problem was never resolved and no fan was provided as an alternative. Overall: This was particularly disappointing because everything else about the property was excellent. However, a comfortable room temperature and the ability to sleep properly are fundamental expectations when staying in a hotel. The excessive heat meant we slept very poorly for several nights, which had a significant impact on our overall experience. Had this issue been resolved, we would have rated the property much more highly.

Excellent Property Let Down by One Major Issue

overall good experience to stay in this hotel
just stay here for 1 night and I didn't regret choosing this hotel for it's room so clean, spacious and this hotel really close to the verona arena. but quite far from the station, so either you take the public transportation or take the taxi which I did last time and it cost me 25 euro.

Nice place and good location but not so great if you’re driving
Beautiful rooms and located right near the key sights in Verona. Just note that is located on a pedestrian only road so if you have a lot of luggage and/ or driving it might be quite inconvenient

The room and luxury on point. Location brilliant. Service exceptional. I stayed in room 31. The sofa bed is uneven and not good for sleep. Rest everything incomparable.
