Minoa Hotel

The room we got was lovely, clean and well equipped. The sea is at the door of the hotel and how fun it is to spend time at the beach with the hotel's beds and umbrellas. I want to thank from the bottom of my heart Mrs. Hera from the reception who helped us a lot. She called for us several times and talked to a car technician when we had a problem with the car until the problem was solved. The warm and humane attitude definitely proved to us how much we want to return to the lovely Minoa Hotel. החדר שקיבלנו היה מקסים, נקי ומאובזר היטב. הים נמצא בפתח המלון וכמה כיף לבלות בחוף עם המיטות והשמשיות של המלון. אני רוצה להודות מקרב לב לגברת הרה מהקבלה שעזרה לנו מאוד. היא התקשרה עבורנו כמה פעמים ודיברה עם טכנאי רכב כשהיתה לנו בעיה עם הרכב עד שהבעיה נפתרה. היחס החם והאנושי בהחלט הוכיח לנו כמה אנחנו רוצים לחזור למלון מינואה המקסים.
