• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 3세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 4세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• - Our unit is private owner unit which the hotel facilities are not available to use

• -A security deposit of RM300 will be collected before check in through offline (bank transfer mode)

• -Kindly note that there will be a charge of RM200/set if the guests lost the keys & access card set that provide during the stay.

• -No smoking allowed in the house (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable)

• -No drugs

• -No durians (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable)

• -No luggage storage service after check out time

• -Please turn off all the lights and air-conditioning unit when not in the apartment

• -Please keep the house clean (extra RM100 cleaning fees applicable if the place is not handled back as per check in)

• -No cleaning service will be provided during the stay as this is a homestay basis unit. Extra cleaning can be arranged with a charge.

• -Change date fee of RM200 will be applied for any change date request within 14 days

• *no change date allowed if within 7 days*

• *differential of room rate will need to be paid*

• -Check in time is 3pm (Last Check in 11.45pm)

• *any self early check in before 3pm without permission granted from us will have RM200 penalty*
