I would not recommend this hotel. The room itself looked fine at first, but the bathroom was a huge disappointment. Both the shower and the sink had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away, no matter how long I ran the water. It made the entire room uncomfortable to stay in. For the price, I expected basic cleanliness and a fresh-smelling bathroom at the very least. Definitely not worth it.

Am ales acest hotel în principal pentru priveliște, iar din acest punct de vedere nu am fost dezamăgit(ă). View-ul este superb, iar micul dejun a fost unul dintre puținele aspecte care mi-au plăcut. Au avut produse proaspete, multe fructe, piadine și sandvișuri pregătite pe loc. Din păcate, experiența per total a fost dezamăgitoare. Curățenia lasă foarte mult de dorit. La intrarea în hotel era mizerie și părea că nu mătură nimeni, ceea ce creează impresia unui hotel neîngrijit sau chiar abandonat. Zona de private pool era, de asemenea, murdară. În cameră, jaluzelele erau rupte, astfel încât se putea vedea din stradă în interior, afectând complet intimitatea. La check-in am solicitat fie repararea lor, fie schimbarea camerei. Mi s-a spus că schimbarea camerei este posibilă doar contra cost, iar jaluzelele nu au fost reparate. Abia după ce am revenit la recepție și am discutat cu o altă angajată, aceasta a venit personal în cameră și le-a reparat împreună cu mine, lucru pentru care îi mulțumesc. Prosoapele erau foarte murdare, un aspect inacceptabil pentru un hotel de acest nivel. În plus, managerul nu a fost disponibil pe toată durata sejurului, iar personalul de la curățenie și din zona de bucătărie nu vorbea limba engleză, ceea ce a făcut comunicarea dificilă. La micul dejun, cafeaua din aparat a fost foarte slabă, iar laptele nu era disponibil în aparat, ci separat. Pentru un latte a trebuit să merg la barul exterior și să îl plătesc separat. De asemenea, prețurile băuturilor sunt destul de ridicate, un cocktail costând începând de la 12 euro. Per total, dacă veniți doar pentru priveliște și un mic dejun bogat, hotelul poate fi o opțiune. În schimb, dacă puneți preț pe curățenie, întreținere, servicii și atenția acordată oaspeților, nu îl pot recomanda. Eu, personal, nu aș mai reveni și nici nu l-aș recomanda altor persoane.

I read the negative reviews before booking and thought people were probably exaggerating. They weren’t. We booked an Executive Room and even informed the hotel that this was our anniversary trip. Unfortunately, the stay was one disappointment after another. Our first room had a missing lamp, visible damage to the walls, and the curtain rail literally fell down when touched. After complaining, we were moved to another room, where the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the shower was leaking. It then took multiple requests over three days to get it fixed. Both of the rooms were really dirty also. The walls are paper-thin, and there were strange noises throughout the night, so don’t expect much sleep. The service was extremely poor. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, and every issue felt like an inconvenience to them. Breakfast was disappointing, with many items already gone by 9:15 and overall poor quality food. The only nice thing about this hotel is the pool area. The “private beach” is tiny and nothing special compared to the many beautiful beaches on Zakynthos. For the price we paid, this hotel was not worth it at all. Looking back, the negative reviews were absolutely right. Save your money and stay elsewhere. I know the pictures look really good but the worst service and maintenence ever.

Très bien sauf la salle de restauration trop petite quand il pleut (ça arrive). Pourquoi ce défilé de mannequins tous les matins, y’a des prix à gagner ? Lol c’est charmant mais nous restons hors concours pour cause de limite d’âge atteinte pour jouer à ces charmants jeux de séduction. Louer un quad, un scooter ou une voiture paraît obligatoire sauf à adorer le farniente total.
