Hence, don't expect so much but thankfully all okay overall

We had a very bad experience staying at this homestay and would not recommend it at all. First, the listing clearly stated that breakfast was included, but nothing was provided. This is clearly a false or misleading representation, and we felt cheated. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The entire house was dirty, sticky, and had a strong unpleasant smell. Worst of all, there were lizard droppings (faeces) everywhere, including on the beds and bedsheets. When we requested for clean sheets, the housekeeping staff actually said: “Kenapa nak tukar cadar, tahi cicak biasa boleh tepuk saja. Tak ada cadar semua basuh basah.” This was shocking, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. The housekeeping staff (Salman) was also very rude and unprofessional. We waited for more than an hour after calling him, and when we followed up, he said things like: “Tak boleh tunggu ke, saya mau makan” “Saya mau pergi raya, you asyik complain. Semua ok saja dalam rumah” He even suggested entering the house without us being present, which is a serious privacy concern. Facilities were poorly maintained: Aircond not cold / missing remotes Utensils dirty, oily, and unusable Not enough cups for the number of guests No basic items like sponge provided The swimming pool was cloudy and dirty, which is unsafe, yet we were told “everything is fine.” Worst of all, the house felt very unsafe: Doors cannot be locked properly Sliding door not secure Anyone could easily enter We truly felt uncomfortable and insecure during our stay. We did not take or upload pictures because we were too disappointed and frustrated with the overall experience. Overall, this place is not as advertised, poorly maintained, and unsafe. We strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking. Don’t waste money booking this property.

Gambar yang provided beza dengan yg real. Dekat belakang rumah tgh renovate. Dalam rumah bau lipas . Aircond rosak. Jenis yg lama punya. Remote pun kena kongsi dengan bilik lain. Sukar kerana setiap bilik family yg berbeza nak kena minta banyak kali. Tuala dan sabun tak disediakan. Bilik kurang kemas dan berbau Air sangat slow. Air kolam yang kotor. For sure jgn percaya gambar agoda. Bila tnya tuan rumah call xangkat. Apa2 kena call staff yg xfaham melayu tu ha. Elektrik terputus pada tgh hari dan balasan yg diterima tidak memberangsang kan. Dah laa bayar extra hour.

Rumah Kotor tak well prepare, katil xkemas, xsure sblm customer masuk ad tukar cadar @ tak, bilik luar bau hancing, air paip sngat slow, kejap ada kejap xd, pintu xbole kunci (no security) no privacy. 2. Porch lampu tak menyala 3. Bilik 1 & 3 tak bole kunci dr dalam (meaning- org luar bole buka pintu dari luar) **no safety** 4. tekanan air slow 5. air kolam Kotor & budak mandi, badan gatal2 & mata merah, tak tahu brapa lama xtukar air 6. Komplen pada owner untuk pasang selak pintu sbb pintu bilik xbole kunci, tapi tidak diendahkan 7. Pagar gate pun xd kunci, katanya security 24 hour, takda org luar bole masuk so xperlu risau 8. staff masuk sesuka hati masa tengah malam untuk check keadaan rumah (masa customer tidur) JANGAN PERCAYA GAMBAR DALAM AGODA, MUNGKIN DAH LAMA TAK UPDATE !! KAMI SEMUA TIDAK SELESA !! First time dapat homestay yg teruk facility mcm tu #villa. Lagi better tidur glamping Bayar 2k++ for lousy homestay

During our stay there are workers who works at the back of the house but owner doesn’t inform us first. There are no keys for the 3 bedrooms outside of the house. We went to beach without lock our doors with housekeeper free to come in. No privacy at all. There are no towels and bath soap provided. Bed is not tidy when we checked in. We accidentally locked the bedroom and the housekeeper broke the door and owner asked us to pay for the broken door. It just one night stay but it was not really pleasant.
